We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our current wellness studio. Solace Wellness is a new multidisciplinary wellness clinic opening in North Oshawa in Summer 2026. We are creating a modern, welcoming space focused on movement, recovery, performance, and whole-body wellness.
We are seeking a passionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team and help us build a collaborative, patient centred clinic culture from the ground up.
Duties
Conduct personalized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans
Assess clients’ conditions and discuss their health concerns to develop effective treatment strategies
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments when appropriate
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and provide exceptional customer service
Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Experience
Valid registration as a Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate licensing body
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and human anatomy is advantageous
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client questions effectively
