The Role
As a Slots Attendant, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining slot machines and ensuring the gaming floor runs smoothly and safely. You’ll be a key part of the guest experience, responding to their needs and upholding regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do
Provide change to customers and process jackpot payouts
Perform light maintenance on slot machines (e.g., bill/ticket jams, refilling machines)
Clean and maintain slot area
Report machine malfunctions and suspicious activity
Provide excellent guest service with a friendly, positive attitude
Follow all AGLC rules and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Education / Experience:
High School Diploma required
Gaming experience preferred but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational and time management skills
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-noise setting
Licensing Requirements:
Must hold or be able to obtain a valid AGLC license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand for long periods
Frequent bending, stretching, walking, lifting, and stair climbing required
