Job Duties
Performing all assigned duties in a qualified, productive, and timely manner
Working collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages on behalf of the company, and daily entries to internal tools and documents in an efficient and timely manner




Responding to leads and scheduling appointments for our Building Science Specialists according to company guidelines
Pulling and/or preparing supporting documents for Building Science Specialist appointments
Preparing mailings

Skills And Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other staff members
Excellent organizational skills to keep accurate records and find vital information quickly
Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete assigned tasks throughout the day
Excellent patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with all customers
Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
Adaptability
High Proficiency in Google Business Suite and Salesforce

Job Type: Full Time Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00
