Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation
Assist with meal preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including workstations and equipment
Follow all food safety and proper food handling procedures
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment a must
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
