Part Time MLT

We are currently looking for one (1)
Temporary Part time Medical Laboratory
Technologist (approx. 9 months). The
successful candidate will interact with patients
and other health care workers to ensure that
the needs of the patient are met in a caring
and skilled manner and will provide
laboratory services in accordance with the
Policies and Procedures of the Laboratory
Department.

The successful candidate will foster and
support a team environment to ensure the
attainment of our organization objectives
and will act as a role model for all staff and
promote the reputation of the facility in the
community.

Qualifications:





The successful candidate should possess the
following:
Current CMLTO certificate
Previous hematology, biochemistry,

immunohematology, and venipuncture
experience
Prior related hospital experience is an

asset
Certification in Transportation of

Dangerous Goods (TDG) is considered an
asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to

communicate effectively with other staff,
patients and the public
Strong computer skills
Ability to provide regular attendance
Bilingualism in French and English is an

asset

Benefits:
Part time commitment with the

opportunity to work up to full-time

Rate of pay up to $50.28/hour
