We are currently hiring experienced Forklift / MHE Operators for a long-term warehouse opportunity in Mississauga.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck, Counterbalance Forklift, Dock Stocker, Walkie – Single & Double and Slip Sheet Machine for unloading floor-loaded containers, along with experience operating various types of material handling equipment.
Slip Sheet experience with container offloading is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Offload floor-loaded containers using a Slip Sheet Machine
Receive and process inbound shipments
Put away received inventory into racking locations
Stack pallets in bulk storage bins
Perform case picking and each picking
Complete replenishment activities
Perform full pallet picking
Safely operate forklifts and other MHE equipment
Maintain accurate and organized warehouse operations
Perform general warehouse support and housekeeping duties
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Experience
Candidates must have hands-on experience operating:
Slip Sheet Machine – required
Reach Truck
Counterbalance Forklift
Dock Stocker
Walkie – Single & Double
Qualifications
Previous warehouse and MHE operating experience
Previous Slip Sheet experience unloading containers is mandatory
Valid forklift/MHE certification or licence
Ability to safely operate multiple types of material handling equipment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse workplace
Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks
Robust safety awareness and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
Strong teamwork and communication skills

We are looking for candidates who are interested in a stable, long-term opportunity and are committed to becoming full-time employees for Morning and Afternoon shifts but needs to be flexible.
Candidates who meet the requirements may be required to complete an MHE skills test before being selected.
