Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Answer customer questions and address concerns or complaints
Review vehicle service reports and prioritize maintenance recommendations
Clearly explain service recommendations to customers with honesty and integrity
Communicate customer needs and service priorities to the technician team
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
Support the team in delivering effective and high-quality vehicle maintenance services

Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, personable,



and professional attitude
High level of honesty and integrity
Basic computer skills are an asset
A general understanding of vehicles is beneficial, but not required (training provided)
Valid driver’s license required
