McT Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their workmanship, values professionalism, and is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects.

Responsibilities
Complete residential construction projects
Perform framing, structural carpentry, renovations, additions, decks, and finish carpentry
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
Install doors, windows, siding, trim and other finish materials
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Mentor and assist labourers and apprentices in developing their skills

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Experience with framing, renovations,



and finish carpentry
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
