Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients with precision and care.
Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment.
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients.
Assist in serving customers when needed, providing friendly and productive service.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold high standards of food quality.
Requirements
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous.
Strong skills in meal preparation and food industry standards.
Excellent attention to detail when preparing ingredients and cooking pizzas.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
