Duties:
Teach swimming lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
Develop lesson plans and curriculum based on participants' needs and abilities
Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques, water safety, and rescue skills
Evaluate participants' progress and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure a secure and supportive environment for all participants
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and certifications
Experience:
Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard preferred
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
