What You'll Do
As a Swamper, you will:
Assist operators with loading, unloading, and securing oilfield equipment.
Safely rig, chain, and tarp loads as required.
Guide operators during backing, positioning, and equipment moves.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and securement.
Assist with general labour duties and maintain a clean, safe work setting.
Follow all company policies, customer requirements,
and industry safety standards.
Work effectively as part of a team in various weather and job site conditions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
The ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
Good communication skills
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 3 or Class 1 is considered an asset)
Oilfield experience is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
