We are seeking a Senior AI Integration Engineer to join a leading financial institution in Toronto. This role focuses on integrating enterprise AI solutions into banking applications rather than building or training machine learning models from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
Integrate AI/LLM solutions into enterprise applications using Python.
Develop and maintain APIs and backend services for AI-powered solutions.
Implement RAG-based applications and AI workflows.
Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI platforms.
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities.
Support AI deployment, monitoring, and production integration.

Required Skills
8+ years of software development experience.
Solid Python programming and object-oriented programming skills.




Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, or backend service development.
Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, RAG, AI Agents).
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Docker and CI/CD experience.
Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
