Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Shipper / Receiver to join our warehouse team in Oshawa, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping and receiving experience, with mandatory Counterbalance Forklift operating experience. This is a full time opportunity for someone who is safety-conscious, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Available Shifts

Candidates must be flexible to work any of the following shifts based on business needs:

Morning, Afternoon and Nights depending upon business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately.
Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely.
Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Load and unload trucks efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Shipper/Receiver is required.
Counterbalance forklift experience is mandatory.
Valid forklift certification is preferred.
Experience with shipping/receiving documentation and inventory control.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotational shifts.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
