A&W; is currently hiring a dependable, reliable, and highly competent individual for our overnight shift. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to stay focused without being easily influenced by negativity.

⭐ What You’ll Do
Overnight operations — Maintain smooth store functioning during late hours
Prep work — Prepare ingredients, restock stations, and ensure morning crew is set up for success
Deep cleaning — Complete thorough cleaning tasks to keep the restaurant safe, sanitary, and guest‑ready
Extreme attention to detail — Follow procedures precisely and maintain high standards in every task
Customer service — Provide friendly, efficient service to late‑night guests
Team leadership — Take initiative, support teammates, and help maintain a positive overnight environment

⭐Musts:




Have a dependable vehicle that is your own and be capable of getting to and from work unassisted
Be able to complete training during the day shifts
Be willing to work any shift (within reason) scheduled overnight
Be reliable as this is a crucial position, dependability is 100% key
Be able to work without supervision
