Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how items meet their needs
Assist customers with selecting merchandise, offering personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization skills
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction




Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, product tagging, and organizing back-stock areas

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on product demos and technical explanations
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus for reaching broader audiences
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
Customer service excellence combined with phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales prospects while ensuring customer

Must have experience in gas station and AGCO certificate for selling alcohol and familiar with OLG terminal

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
