The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heat-pump based heating and cooling systems in residential settings, while ensuring compliance with provincial safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and perform installation and service of heat pump-based heating and cooling equipment
Diagnose system issues, test components, and perform corrective actions
Ensure all work complies with Safety NL, provincial codes, and industry standards
Provide exceptional customer service and build solid Connections with homeowners through explicit, respectful communication
Foster a culture of Education, growth,
and continuous learning
Demonstrate Leadership by helping shape the direction of 1Click NL and contributing to building a solid, high-performing team
Qualifications & Requirements
Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic License or Gas Fitter Certification
Experience in residential HVAC service and installation
