Oven Operator

Location: Lindsay, ON
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour
Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor industrial ovens during large-scale production
Ensure products are baked according to company quality standards and production schedules
Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product consistency
Load and unload products safely and efficiently
Maintain production flow and meet daily production targets
Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues immediately
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
Previous experience as an Oven Operator is required
Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, bakery, or large-scale production setting preferred




Solid understanding of industrial oven operations and production processes
Ability to work in a quick-paced, physically demanding setting
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working overnight shifts (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Lindsay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
