Job description:
TuneZilla is looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our expanding sales team. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, nurturing dealer relationships, driving platform engagement, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the TuneZilla platform and associated platforms.
Grow a portfolio of dealer accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as a strategic advisor to dealers, offering insights and support to enhance their success.
Identify and capitalize on prospects to increase dealer engagement and upsell services.
Proactively address dealer performance issues to maintain consistent growth.
Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to advocate for dealer needs and contribute to continuous platform enhancements.
Compensation:
Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Bonuses: Performance-based incentives.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, ideally in the automotive or tech industries.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a strong focus on results.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, team setting.
