A rapidly growing series A SaaS startup is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of mobile experiences for a workflow-driven Construction SaaS platform. This is a full time prospect focused on creating intuitive iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications while partnering closely with product and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing product strategy, owning projects from concept to launch, and is looking to take that step forward into a staff level role. You'll have the prospect to shape the mobile experience, contribute to design systems, and make a significant impact in a high growth environments.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Product Design experience
Strong mobile app design experience (iOS, Android, or cross-platform)
Experience owning products from discovery through launch
Expertise in UX, interaction design, and user research




Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
Design system experience
