Kinderbrook Montessori is seeking a qualified Montessori Directress (CASA level) and/or Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) to join our dedicated team. We are looking for passionate, skilled educators who are committed to supporting the holistic development of children in a nurturing and engaging workplace.
Preference will be given to RECEs or Montessori teachers with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Montessori Directress (CASA) Requirements
Valid MACTE or AMI CASA certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori environment
Ability to prepare newsletters and student progress reports
Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and art-based learning
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
RECE Requirements
Early Childhood Education Diploma
Member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (Public Registry)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred
Key Responsibilities (All Positions)
Develop and implement program plans that support the whole child
Maintain strong written and verbal communication with families and team members
Ensure compliance with provincial and municipal regulations
Communicate sensitively and effectively with children and families
Review communication logs prior to each shift for updates
Complete required documentation (sleep checks, attendance, playground inspections, disinfecting logs, anecdotal records)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning setting
Manage challenging behaviours professionally and communicate effectively with parents
Required Documentation (Prior to Start Date)
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Up-to-date immunization records and 2-step TB test
Police Vulnerable Sector Check

7–8 hour shifts
