Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
Support team members in construction, maintenance, or production tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and material handling




Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards

Skills
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manual work
