Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleanliness protocols
Assist in food preparation or setup when needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods




Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Maintain a clean, organized work station and ensure all dining areas are welcoming and well-maintained

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings with strong guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
