We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including setting up and breaking down stations
Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely service
Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned, including restocking supplies
Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry roles preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately
Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or bartending roles is desirable but not mandatory
Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
