Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Clearly explain repair recommendations, maintenance options, and service procedures to customers
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle condition
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently




Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and customer communication logs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process

Qualifications
Previous dealership experience or automotive service advising background preferred
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and mechanical systems
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
Ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
Experience with sales techniques and cash handling procedures
Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers
