We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort. This position offers flexible scheduling options and the prospect to work in a supportive setting focused on quality service and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
Change linens, empty trash bins, and organize items as needed
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow specific client instructions to meet individual preferences and requirements
Maintain a skilled appearance and demeanor while working in clients' homes
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Skills
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thorough cleaning
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
Valuable communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably during shifts
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at job sites

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
