We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell — not just assist customers, but guide them, understand their space, and confidently close. Our clients are investing in high-quality, space-optimizing furniture, and they expect a level of service that reflects that.
If you have sales experience and enjoy working with customers in a consultative, design-driven environment, this could be a robust fit.
What the role looks like:
Working directly with customers in our showroom to understand their needs, space, and lifestyle
Recommending solutions across Murphy beds, storage beds, sofas, and custom furniture
Managing conversations from initial inquiry through to closing the sale
Following up on leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
Supporting the overall showroom experience and presentation
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory
Plus 1–2 weekdays depending on volume and availability
Compensation:
Base pay + commission structure
Strong earning potential for the right person who can sell and follow through
What we’re looking for:
Proven sales experience (retail, furniture, design, or similar preferred)
Comfortable speaking with customers and building trust quickly
Ability to ask the right questions and guide decisions
Self-motivated — you don’t need to be micromanaged
Interest in furniture, design, or space optimization is a big plus
