Duties:
Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Answer phone calls and take reservations
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications:
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Knowledge of restaurant or food service operations
Strong customer service skills
