Duties
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a secure and organized work environment
Use hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and other tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution
Perform demolition work and assist with restoration projects to bring buildings back to their original condition
Support installation of flooring, tiles, painting, caulking, plumbing components, and other finishing trades
Operate equipment such as wheelbarrows, ladders, scaffolding,
and basic welding tools under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently and report hazards or incidents immediately to ensure team safety
Qualifications
Must be able to lift 50 lbs to accept deliveries coming from overseas
Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly valued
Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
Willingness to learn recent skills such as tile laying, flooring installation, welding or restoration techniques
Strong teamwork ethic with good communication skills
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights
