Arvalet Auto Center is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy, fast-paced repair shop.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates professionally, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off to vehicle pickup
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
Present technician recommendations in a professional, honest, and easy-to-understand manner




Help customers make informed decisions about vehicle repairs and maintenance
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Coordinate communication between customers and technicians to ensure an efficient workflow
Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
Contribute to a positive, organized, team-oriented workplace

What We're Looking For
Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset
Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
Reliable team player with a robust work ethic
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
