Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Duties
Perform qualified massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans
Maintain a clean, protected, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures




Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow

Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness is preferred
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients
Strong communication skills to effectively discuss treatment plans and address client concerns
Ability to listen attentively and adapt techniques based on individual client needs
Professionalism, discretion, and a caring attitude are essential for success in this role
