We are recruiting a Journeyperson Concrete Carpenter to join our team for upcoming
construction projects across Saskatchewan. As a Journeyperson Concrete Carpenter, you
will be responsible for carrying out carpentry work with minimal supervision, including
interpreting drawings, planning layouts, and ensuring all installations meet required
specifications. This position is best suited for someone who is confident in their trade,
detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a energetic field environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Interpret drawings and specifications to determine layout and material requirements
Construct and install concrete formwork and related structures
Perform both rough carpentry and detailed finishing work as required
Verify accuracy of completed work, ensuring alignment, dimensions, and placement meet project standards
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment
Assist with material fabrication and preparation on site
Support general site activities and maintain productivity targets
Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe working setting
Coordinate effectively with crew members and site supervision
What We’re Looking For
Valid Journeyperson Carpenter certification (recognized in Canada)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience, with concrete forming exposure
Solid ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools
Physically capable of handling demanding work, including lifting and repetitive tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
