We are looking for a motivated and reliable Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the front counter and over the phone. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the product in the showroom remains organized.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and learning something new everyday.
Responsibilities
Assist customers at the front counter with product selection and purchases
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide product recommendations and technical support when needed
Process sales orders and invoices
Stock shelves and organize inventory in the showroom
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and work area
Build solid relationships with contractors, tradespeople, and local businesses
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales/inventory software
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Previous experience in industrial supply, construction, tools, or fasteners is a major asset but not required
