Capri Gelateria is looking for a Store Manager for our Ancaster, ON location. The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store including sales, inventory management, customer service, and organizational support.
Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain high quality product through proper merchandising
Supervise staff to ensure store is running smoothly and efficiently
Demonstrate understanding of customers’ needs and preferences
Monitor store inventory to ensure quality and quantity requirements are met
Deal with any issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
Report all issues, complaints etc to office or management to ensure resolution
Stay updated with recent products and services
Comply with all policies and procedures in relation to job description
Skills & Requirements
Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
Hands on experience with inventory control and sales principles
Familiarity with new products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage large amounts of people at different levels in the organization
Data processing skills
