Responsibilities include:
Maintaining your section of line - keeping an eye on table ingredient levels, FIFO, prep levels, etc.
Demonstrate menu knowledge and ability to consistently meet menu standards.
Consistently adhere to adhering to all Health and Safety and St.Louis Standards.
Punctually arrive to work positive attitude.
Basic experience is required.
DAYTIME AND EVENING AVAILABILITY REQUIRED.
MUST BE TEAM WORKER AND MOTIVATED .
Some late nights required.
