We are currently looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year 310T Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside licensed technicians in a skilled shop environment with opportunities for continued learning and growth.
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostic testing to determine mechanical issues and identify worn or damaged components
Assist with troubleshooting and repairing trucks and trailers
Complete preventative maintenance and follow-up repairs
Support licensed technicians with repairs related to safety inspections
Occasionally assist mobile technicians with on-site service repairs
Perform basic metal fabrication and welding on steel and aluminum components
Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance and repair quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications
Registered 310T Apprentice (2nd or 3rd Year only)
Own tools required
Basic understanding of diesel engines,
hydraulic systems, and truck/trailer components
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from licensed technicians
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting
