Responsibilities
Ensure orders are correctly picked and cut.
Report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager (Supervisor).
Adhere to final inspection and shipping procedures.
Follow all safety regulations and report unsafe situations to Manager or Supervisor.
Participate in inventory preparation and in physical inventory count.
Assist and participate in the preparation and completion of company inventory counts.
Take action necessary to maintain a clean and secure working environment for self and others.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, or order pickers is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Willingness to learn new skills related to order picking and warehouse distribution processes
