Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking barista to join our team. We are looking for invidiauals that like working in a fast pace enviroment and are self sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation
Stir mixes and purge the coffee machine before use.
Prep and stock barista essentials (cream, coffee, teas) at the start and end of shifts.
Stay productive during downtime by assisting with kitchen tasks (e.g., slicing cucumbers).

Drink Consistency
Ensure consistent ice levels and drink presentation.
Follow recipes precisely to maintain quality standards.

Order Management
Prepare drinks based on order numbers and ensure accurate sequencing.
Monitor and assist with expo food orders to ensure timely service.




Coordinate drinks and food items by reviewing ticket numbers for accuracy.

Maintenance
Brew coffee, make cream mixes, and restock supplies (cups, lids, straws)
Stay ahead of stock levels to prevent shortages and maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications
Experience in a barista or food preparation role is preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
