Job Description:
Set up and operate automatic braiding machines that cover wire and cable with insulating material
Place bobbins of insulating material on machine spindles and threads through braiding head
Operate machinery and make running adjustments as required
Provide feedback and maintenance requests to improve machine performance
Ensure operator preventive maintenance tasks are being completed as scheduled
Comply with Company policies and procedures
Skills:
Ability to lift 20lbs
Manuel dexterity as well as bending, twisting, reaching and pushing down pedals and levers
