Responsibilities
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, picking up calls, and managing client records.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services.
Skills
Minimum 1 year experience as a lash artist, bonus if you are trained in lash lifts and brow lamination, and facial waxing
Proficient in eyelash extension techniques with a keen eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills, fostering a welcoming and caring environment for clients.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Exceptional attention to detail in each set and also interpersonal relationships
