The kitchen assistant / dishwasher will assist the head chef in the maintenance & operations of an orderly and efficient kitchen while assisting the taproom staff when necessary to provide the best customer experience possible.
Assist with dishwashing and cleaning tasks in the kitchen
Assist with daily prepping of food
Ensure a sanitary & tidy work workplace at all times
Following daily opening & closing procedures
Working with the chef to improve kitchen procedures & efficiency
Assisting taproom staff when necessary
Assisting with the set-up of on and offsite events when necessary
Other duties as required
Maintaining a tidy & sanitary kitchen workspace.
Essential Functions:
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to be flexible with schedule
Report to work on time
Proper use and handling of chemicals
Adhere to company policies
Responsible at all times for promoting a culture of safety and awareness
Must be dependable & punctual.
