Multi Residential Supply is looking for an experienced and reliable subcontractor painter to support our growing multi-residential renovation projects in London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
Prepare walls and surfaces, including patching, sanding, and minor drywall repairs
Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other interior surfaces
Complete apartment turnovers efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
Protect flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and occupied areas
Keep the job site clean and organized
Meet project deadlines and communicate regularly with the project manager

Requirements:
Previous skilled painting experience
Experience with apartment turnovers or multi-residential properties is preferred
Own painting tools, equipment, and reliable transportation




Ability to work independently and complete projects on schedule
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid liability insurance and WSIB clearance, where applicable
Ability to provide invoices as an independent subcontractor

Compensation:

Competitive subcontractor rates based on experience, project scope, and agreed pricing.
