Essential Job Duties:
Provide the Right Customer Experience to all customers
Be able to process orders over the phone, take deposits and do transfers when necessary
Be a quick learner to be able to understand and sell after-market accessories




Be sales orientated by knowing the product and asking for the sale
Be a team player that works well with others to achieve a team sales target
Look for opportunities for up-selling
Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
Booking appointments
Attention to detail is necessary
Must be able to work in a call center workplace doing inbound customer service over the phone
Experience in parts or automotive is considered an asset
Bilingualism considered an asset

If you have experience in the automotive field or a deep passion for it, you could be our newest Accessory Specialist. To be a perfect fit for this position, you will have excellent customer service and team work skills.
