Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality barbering and hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and creating a professional, friendly atmosphere
Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and common areas
Recommend and upsell grooming products and services to enhance the client experience
Support daily shop operations, including appointment flow and teamwork coordination
Build long-term client relationships that reflect the Mr. Classy brand standards

Qualifications & Skills




Previous experience as a barber or in a grooming barber shop environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of hygiene and sanitation regulations
Qualified appearance and customer-first mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented setting
Sales awareness and confidence in recommending products and services
