We are a fast-growing Manitoba company looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Pick & Pack & Inventory Specialist to join our operations team.

Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare shipments for courier and freight carriers
Receive and organize incoming inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records
Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts
Label, organize, and store products appropriately
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Work closely with operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule
Support other warehouse and operational tasks as required
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are an asset
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Requirements
Valid driver's licence
Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to our Stony Mountain facility
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Legally entitled to work in Canada
