Responsibilities:

-Operate Truck and Pup in a secure manner, accept Loads of Aggregates and Spoil from Local pits and Job Sites.

-Work with Machine Operators on site.
Safely operate a heavy-duty truck to transport goods and materials to and from specified locations
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure
Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
Complete required paperwork, such as delivery receipts and logbooks, accurately and in a timely manner

Skills:
Commercial driving experience with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, such as excavators to self-load is an asset




Knowledge of freight transportation regulations and safety procedures
Basic automotive repair skills to perform minor maintenance tasks on the truck
Excellent communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members effectively
