Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations.
Duties
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
Requirements
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant workplace
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
Understanding of food safety practices
Ability to work well in a rapid-paced environment




Strong communication and teamwork skills
