This role is ideal for hunter-type sales professionals who thrive on building their own pipeline and closing deals independently. With a relatively short sales cycle (4 weeks to 3 months), you’ll see results — and commissions — quickly.

What You’ll Do
Proactively source and develop your own B2B client pipeline (hunter role)
Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Build and grow long-term client relationships
Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience

(experience in construction, architectural, or manufacturing industries is a strong asset)
Proven ability to generate leads independently
Strong communication,



negotiation, and account management skills
Highly self-motivated, target-driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

What We Offer
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Base salary of $4,000/month during probation
Base salary increased to $5,000/month after probation
