Server / Bartender

Bar Dem is looking for energetic, personable, and reliable Servers and Bartenders to join our growing team.

Bar Dem is a late-night cocktail bar offering premium spirits, craft cocktails, and bottle service in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere. Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we’re looking for team members with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional, friendly service to every guest.
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits (bartenders).
Take food and beverage orders accurately (servers).
Assist with bottle service and VIP table experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Work closely with the team during busy late-night service.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow Smart Serve guidelines.

What We’re Looking For




Experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidates.
Positive attitude and solid communication skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and team-first mindset.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and late nights.
Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
