Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to join our agile team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate ,accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations. This position offers flexibility and the chance to work with QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities
Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently to support cash flow management
Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and prepare reports for management review
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents for audit readiness
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in financial planning

Requirements




Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and account reconciliation
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance standards
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis accurately
Knowledge of basic budgeting techniques and financial reporting practices
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
