Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety policies tailored to construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and promote best practices among construction teams.
Lead safety training sessions for workers and management to ensure understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with construction management to plan safety measures during project phases and coordinate risk assessments.
Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, training sessions, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Stay current with local, state,



and federal safety regulations related to construction operations and ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction settings with a strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
Familiarity with construction management software for tracking safety metrics, inspections, and reporting.
Familiarity with racking safety, elevated work platforms, conveyor belts installation is preferred
Knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams, report findings, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
Ability to identify hazards proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Construction certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or equivalent are highly desirable.
